Paperback or hardback?

It really doesn't bother me, either one is good.

Online buying or bookshops?

I love going into bookshops especially Waterstones. If I'm around any shop that sells books I will go in and have a look but then I will write down which books interest me and then I'll check whether its cheaper to buy them in the shops or online.

Bookmark or dogear?

Definitely bookmark and I've got these cute little bookmarks with animals heads that I just love to use.

Alphabetize by author or alphabetize by title or random?

I alphabetize by author and then by title of the book written by the author if I have multiple books by that author.

Keep, throw away or sell?

Throw away?!! Who would throw away a book?! I tend to keep my books and say I will read them again but I never do. If someone says they want to read a book and I've got it I will give it away to them.

Read with dustjacket or remove it?

I read with it on. It does get annoying sometimes but it tends not to bother me.

Keep dustjacket or toss it?

I keep it.

Short story or novel?

Mainly novel but I will read anything.

Collection (short stories by same author) or anthology (short stories by different authors)?

I'd probably have to say collection.

Harry Potter or Lemony Snicket?

You are really asking me this? Seriously?! How can I decide? Hmm despite how much I like LS I'm going to have to say HP.

Stop reading when tired or at chapter breaks?

It varies. I do like to try and stop at chapter breaks but it depends how tired I am. The only time I really get to read is just before I go to bed so I'll often just stop when I know I can't go on anymore.

"It was a dark and stormy night" or "Once upon a time"?

I like both.

Buy or borrow?

I like buying books. It takes me ages to read books so I don't like borrowing books off people or getting them from the library because it puts on the pressure of not taking ages to read them.

New or used?

I'll read anything so it doesn't really bother me but I do love that new book smell.

Buying choice: book reviews, recommendation or browse?

I tend to just browse but I will often go from recommendations from other people.

Tidy ending or cliff hanger?

I do like a good cliff hanger however I much prefer to have a nice ending that you don't have to sit and think "what if this or that happens".

Morning reading, afternoon reading or night time reading?

I'm more of "any time of the day" reading. I do mainly read a night however I'm happy to read any time of the day.

Standalone or series?

I like both but I just hate having to wait for the next book in the series.

Favourite series?

The Roy Grace series by Peter James.

Favourite book of which nobody else has heard?

I'm really not sure. I do love the Kane and Abel book by Jeffery Archer but I know a few people who have heard of it and have read it.

Favourite books read last year?

Dream A Little Dream - Giovanna Fletcher

The French Gardener - Santa Montefiore

All I know Now - Carrie Hope Fletcher

Favourite books of all time?

Other than the ones I've listed above? Any Roy Grace book written by Peter James. The Kane and Abel book by Jeffery Archer.

Thanks for reading this and feel free to answer the questions yourself. Also if you have any questions feel free to ask them and I'll be sure to answer them.
