Exercise?

So far so good with the exercise... until week five! As I said in last weeks blog post I was struggling with my asthma. This week because my asthma was that bad I decided it just wasn't worth going to the gym to workout. I'm gutted I didn't get any exercise done this week but now I'm all rested up and feeling much better.
I know this next week I'm going to do so much better with my exercise plan and get back on track with my dedicated kilometres.
Wish me luck getting back to the gym from tomorrow.
