Christmas Games

Christmas is a fantastic time to spend with family and friends. There is no better way to get in the festive spirit than to spend time with your loved ones. Another thing to do to get in the Christmas spirit is to play Christmas games. The first game I recommend you to play is Christmas charades which is pretty much like your average game of charades but using Christmas topics. If you don't know how to play charades you have to act out a topic such as a Christmas film or a Christmas song. whilst you are acting out your little scene your team members and the opposite team have to guess what you are acting out. You are not allowed to talk whilst you are acting out your scene. It is a good and fun game for all the family to play at Christmas.

The next game I have is a Christmas movie trivia. what's better than competing in a little quiz and proving to your family and friends that your knowledge on Christmas films is better than theirs. You can either find some questions off the internet or get a family member or friend to make some questions up to ask you.

Name that Christmas song is a great game to play and it is so easy to change it to make the game suit you. You can either play the first 10 seconds of a Christmas song for people to name that song or you can read the players a few lines of a Christmas song for them to guess what the song is. You can give the players points for naming the song and a bonus point for naming the artist.

Who am I would be a fun game to play as well just made into a Christmas edition. Write the names of Christmas characters on post it notes stick them to your foreheads and everyone has to ask "yes" or "no" questions to help them to guess who they are. It is such a brilliant game.

And last but not least: monopoly. You can't have a game night and not play monopoly. The best thing is you can get Christmas themed monopoly. I absolutely love the game and I love Christmas so what is better than combining the two.

Have fun this Christmas whether you play these festive games or not. If you have any other festive games you like playing please share them.

Only 17 days to go!
