The Fat Diaries - Week One

Current weight - 10 st 5
Weight loss this week - 2.5 lb
Overall week one didn't go all that badly. I threw myself into exercise and healthy from day one. I have worked hard to exercise everyday of the week for at least 20 - 30 minutes and sometimes even longer. I have been out walking and doing steps on the wii fit board. The only day I didn't exercise was on Thursday when I had a rest day.

This week I've had some really tasty meals including:
A home-made curry

A baked potato with spaghetti hoops

Pulled pork with rice and broccoli

This week I have tried upping my intake of water. I have always been awful at drinking throughout the day and often end up with headaches because of it. I have done quite well this week however managing to drink between 800ml to 1,500ml everyday. I've enjoyed attempting to drink more water and I'm already feeling the benefits of it.
I went to my Slimming World class on Monday and whilst I was sat there I made a bit of an observation. The woman that runs the group I attend looks, talks and expresses herself a lot like Sarah Millican. Compared to the last Slimming World group I attended the woman is a lot nicer and it is a hell of a lot busier! There are a ton of people who attend this group so when I was there Monday I thought we would be there for hours. I enjoyed weigh day despite the fact I got really scared I wouldn't lose weight on my first week.
I enjoyed my first week on my lifestyle change. Heres to keeping it up for week two!
