The Fat Diaries - Week Two

Starting weight - 10 stone 5
Current weight - 10 stone 3.5
Weight loss - 1.5lb
Overall weight loss - 4lb
Week two didn't go as well as the first week did. Food wise it went pretty well, I didn't have anything bad or off my slimming world plan. I had a tasty homemade chilli cooked in the slow cooker, a few baked potatoes, rice and mackerel and lots of fruit and muller light yogurts.
This week I didn't exercise as much as I did last week but I still did try to move my ass more off the sofa. My water intake hasn't been as high as it was last week with my highest intake being 750ml for about 3 days.
Slimming world this week seemed to be even busier than last week but it still went well. I have enjoyed my second week on the diet and know now where I need to improve with the third week.
