The Fat Diaries - Week Three

What a complete and utter fail of a week! This week marks the first week where I haven't had a weight loss but the good thing is as well I didn't out any weight back on.

I have really struggled with my diet this week. I'm trying not to think of it as a diet and more of a lifestyle change because I don't want to deny myself of any food. I'm just trying to cut back on the bad food and choose more healthy foods instead. However this week I have not cut back on the bad food and have eaten multiple packets of crisps a day and even snuck in a few pieces of chocolate now and again. Not forgetting to mention I've been eating Fibre One brownies nearly every night! The exercise has been seriously lacking as well. I've barely moved at all this week. My water intake this week has barely even reached 750ml. I've felt miserable this week and that has shown with the lack of effort I've put in this week and it has definitely shown on the scales.

I've got to give myself a big push this week to get back on it. I'm not ready to give up just yet. Time to start moving more. Here's to week four!
