The Fat Diaries - Week Four

Starting weight - 10 stone 3.5

Current weight - 10 stone 1

Weight loss this week - 2.5 lbs

Total weight loss - 6.5 lbs

This week was a lot better than last week and thankfully that has shown on the scales. I'm so glad that I am back on track with losing weight and I am determined to keep up the weight loss journey.

This week I have been a lot better behaved with my diet/food intake, I have barely eaten anything junk wise. However when I went food shopping on Saturday I found more fibre one bars. I have been massively addicted to these but they have been a huge struggle to find so I was over the moon to find some. If you are on slimming world a big tip I have is to eat one of these fibre one brownies with a frozen Aero yogurt. It is an amazing treat well worth the 8 syns. This week I have gone back to drinking more water which I think has helped with my weight loss. I've always struggled to lose a "big" amount of weight and would only lose a lb a week. Other than my first week this is the first time I have lost over 1.5 lb in one week. I think drinking more water has definitely helped. There were days this week where I was able to drink over 1000 mls or more. However I haven't been able to move as much this week but I am definitely going to try and get back to exercising.
