2018km In 2018

What a week of exercise for me! Wow I put a lot of hardwork and effort in this week, it felt like I put in a lot more effort than last week. Last week I did a total of 17.07km which was pretty good seeing as I hadn't been to the gym for roughly a month. This week went incredibly well, I had plans to go to the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. It didn't quite work out like that as on Monday I had to go food shopping.
This week:
9/1/18 - I went to the gym and started on the treadmill. On the treadmill I managed a total of 4.82km. I then moved onto the cross trainer and did 3.2km.
10/1/18 - I went back to the gym and did the same as the day before, I just didn't do as many km's on the treadmill and the cross trainer. On both the treadmill and the cross trainer I did 2.41km each. I then decided to jump on one of the bikes and was pleasantly surprised to find I did 8.04km!
11/1/18 - I really wanted to go to the gym but I had a meeting in work so I had to give the gym a miss.
12/1/18 - I wasn't planning on going to the gym on Friday however because I didn't go the day before I wanted to go and catch up on the km's I had missed out on. I decided to jump on the bike first and stayed on there for an hour and got a whopping 18.02km. I then decided to go on the treadmill for roughly 15 minutes, getting 1.60km.
13/1/18 - I was unsure whether I was going to go to the gym but I decided to go whilst my boyfriend was out. I went on the bike again first and got 6.43km not as much as the day before but I was still proud as I did struggle. I then went on the treadmill and did a lot more than I planned as I was in a weekend challenge on fitbit with my family (which I ended up losing). I ended up doing 4.82km on the treadmill.
Overall my weekly workout came to 51.75km which was roughly 13.25km more than I was targeting for. It definitely helped me make up for what I was lacking last week though.
The week starts again today and I'm not entirely sure what this week has in store for me but wish me luck. I seem to have found my way with exercise. I just need to sort out my eating habits!
